MOTION TO EXTEND THE TIME TO FILE POINTS ON APPEAL

Pursuant to Appellate Rule 204(b), Appellant hereby moves for an extension of time until April 14, 2003, to file her points on appeal. The final judgment in this matter was entered on March 14, 2003 and a seven day stay was granted by the Superior Court to allow Appellant to file for a stay before this court. This necessitated the filing of this appeal just seven days after the final judgment. Appellate Rule 204(b) requires that Points on Appeal be filed with the Notice of Appeal unless a motion for an extension is filed. The extension requested is therefore only to the normal time for filing such points on appeal and is being requested in order to comply with Appellate Rule 204(b).
