Report
on the departure of Katsumi Kenaston and Jim Gottstein
from the Alaska Mental Health Consumer Web's Board of Directors
and
Jim Gottstein's resignation as Supervising Attorney
for the Consumer Counsel Project
by Jim Gottstein
People have been asking about what happened to cause Katsumi and me to resign from the Alaska Mental Health Consumer Web board and me to resign (twice) as Supervising Attorney of the Consumers Counsel Project. My thought is primarily to let the documents speak for themselves and they appear below. All of the files are in Acrobat Reader (PDF) format and some of them are fairly large.

As is apparent from my responses, there is no doubt in my mind that both the "Investigation Report" and the "Audit" deliberately misstate facts. In my view, the circumstances surrounding the issuance of these intentionally fallacious reports should be investigated and appropriate action taken.
