PARTIAL DISMISSAL

Pursuant to Appellate Rule 511(b), due to the July 3, 2003 dismissal with prejudice of the then pending petitions for commitment and forced medication, Appellant Faith J. Myers hereby dismisses Points on Appeal Numbered 1 and 2 filed in this matter on April 14, 2003.  This leaves Points Numbered 3 and 4.  An Amended Points on Appeal is being filed contemporaneously herewith with these remaining points on appeal renumbered as A and B.[1]
